Our signature mac & cheese made with a unique sharp Cheddar cheese and other ingredients to give it a “bite”, then finished in our smoker to pull some smoke into it.
Quick Pickle Cucumber & Onion Salad
Freshly cut cucumbers and onions, soaked on our own quick pickle solution, for a slight twist on a refreshing classic.
Cole Slaw
Homemade mayo-based coleslaw.
BBQ Red-Eye Baked Beans
Our take on what baked beans should be. We take our beans, sweeten them up a little, add some diced onion, mix in some of our pulled pork, and drizzle our Memphis style sweet sauce over it.
Kimchi
Locally sourced, Kimchi is mostly made up of fermented cabbage and Korean radishes with a Chili powder element to give it a little heat.
