Based out of Virginia Beach, currently permitted in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News and Hampton.

The menu – German food
What did you do before you owned a food truck?
IT / Recycling
What do you like most about having a food truck?
The ability to serve food to others that we really like and to share our heritage at the same time.
Where did the name of your food truck come from?
Deutscher Imbiss translates to “German Snacks”. In Germany, you can find an “Imbiss” everywhere. It’s usually a small hut which serves some classic traditional German food.
Why did you decide to join HRFTA?
Being part of a group that shares the same interests can be a great resource and is good for networking as well as meeting people that are doing what you are doing.
Why did you decide to open a food truck/get into the food truck business?
We wanted to start a business and be self-employed and food is a passion we’ve always had, and something we’re good at.
